House calls are a little different than clinic appointments in that we sometimes travel upwards of an hour or more to reach an appointment. This makes last minute cancellations more impactful than at a brick and mortar clinic. Below we've outlined our cancellation policy to provide complete transparency. • Rescheduling appointment with 24 or more hours notice: no charge

• Rescheduling appointment with less than 24 hours notice: $50 cancellation charge

• No Show: full exam charge
